- April Blood Drive with the American Red Cross
- Golf Tournament - Myersville and Middletown Lions co-sponsor an annual Charity Fundraising Golf Tournament in June. Some of the members actually play golf.
- Community Calendar - a "Club Produced" color calendar featuring Myersville Elementary School student drawings and other local artists. The calendar lists birthdays, anniversaries, memorials, and Community events. This calendar is the primary fundraiser for our Scholarships.
- The Lion Leo Miazga & Lion Bob Lowe Scholarships awarded to deserving Myersville high school graduates in June.
- Myersville Trolley Festival and Solo Bluegrass Competition in October as a community event to celebrate our heritage.
- Pancake Breakfast Buffet on the first Saturday of the month from September through April. The Breakfast in April coincides with the Opening Day Parade of our Myersville Junior Baseball Season.
- Lions Decorate Downtown in December - hanging candy canes and lights on the community tree in preparation for the arrival of Santa Claus for the annual Myersville Christmas Party co-sponsored by the Myersville Homemakers Club.
